These guidelines are in place to protect the company, its employees, and its customers from illegal or damaging actions by individuals, either knowingly or unknowingly.

Scope This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, temporary, and other workers at Teks R Us Corp. and its subsidiaries who use text messaging services to conduct business or interact with internal networks and business systems.

Policy

1. Consent
   • All recipients must provide explicit consent to receive text messages from Teks R Us Corp. Consent must be obtained directly from the recipient and cannot be bought, sold, or traded.
